It's fun having a walk towards our next stop. Even though the weather was hot, being with someone dear to our hearts made the journey enjoyable. That moment was totally worth it as we explored the place again. It's a bit wide, there are many roads to take and we are supposed to have a long walk to snap the surroundings. But, our stomachs gave us signals to choose the nearest road to reach the fast food we wanted.
I really felt the hunger, and I swear, Niño felt the same way. Nevertheless, I couldn't resist taking some snaps even just a little. Each picture is a great reminder and a beautiful collection of the good moments that happened in my life. It serves as a remembrance of every journey of my life. Although I only took a few pictures, it took a while because I was searching for the best angles. However , I'm not fully satisfied with the results because my phone camera is blurry. We were getting close but I was still taking pictures. I noticed his expression change, as if he had given me the signal to stop and go inside. He wasn't angry or anything, his expression was just smooth and in a gentle way, he's so calm , and I'm truly grateful for his patience.
As we entered the Jollibee restaurant , the guard warmly welcomed us with a genuine smile. Thankfully, the line was short, we waited for the person in front of us to finish and then we followed immediately for our order. As usual, the welcome from the crew was also smooth. They really make sure that customers are comfortable and they are able to provide good service and a welcoming atmosphere in the place.
We finished our order and just waited for the signal to pick it up. After a few minutes of waiting, my companion had an idea. Niño decided to play a game using the buzzer. All we would do was pass the buzzer between the two of us, and whoever catches the buzzer when it rings will get to pick up the order at the claim area. I was about to agree but the buzzer suddenly rang while he was still holding it, so he's the one who took it.
I was a little surprised why his expression was different and just showed me that he was given the wrong one. I also had the order receipt so he just brought the food first and checked the receipt because he might have ordered the wrong one. And when we saw that our order was correct, we went to the claim area for our concern and showed the receipt. They gave us our other order first and told us to just return to pick the rest when the buzzer sounded. Despite what happened, I was still impressed with their service because they fixed it right away. It only took about 2 minutes and we got the rest but we forgot to check the utensils and noticed that we only had one spoon and one fork. Niño volunteered that he would use the fork and I would use the spoon.
The food was so delicious and satisfying. We chose spaghetti, spicy chicken, coke float and of course the rice. It's worth it because the chicken's fiery spice was spectacular , the spaghetti was so yummy , the rice was perfectly cooked , and the coke float was incredibly refreshing. The last time we went here, I couldn't finish the coke float because it was so much and I was already so full, especially since I only eat a little. I easily get full really quickly, but this time, I made a challenge for myself to finish it.
And yes, I did it! It was like being a kid again as I started clapping, celebrating my little success. Niño just laughed at me but then did the same until, some people noticed us, so we felt shy and just laughed at each other. Well, I'm so thankful for this very supportive man.
Our Jollibee journey had unexpected happenings, but was filled with memorable moments to cherish. One minor mistake couldn't diminish the understanding, patience and love, and it ensured that we still had a wonderful time. This time made our adventure truly worthwhile, despite the imperfect scenarios that happened. It's not about the minor mistakes , it's about how we focused on positive moments and shared experiences that create lasting memories.
