Hello Hive friends! I hope you all are having a beautiful weekend!?
Not so long ago I already wrote about Suman na Kamoteng Kahoy, so in the meanwhile you all should be already real experts of Filipino food, hehe.
This time I write again about the same kind of food because I have created a nice new video for you! While in my last video you saw me cooking the banana leaves, this time I show you the process of wrapping the ingredients of Suman (grated cassava, coconut, and sugar) into the banana leaves, and I really hope you enjoy to watch the process!
Also this time I am not selling the food but made it for myself as a snack which I take together with my beloved black coffee!
Who is reading my blog already knows that my preferred side job beside being a domestic helper is to prepare food and sell it on the street. But that is illegal in Hong Kong, and unfortunately, not long ago another seller got caught by the police! That's a truly awkward situation ... but at the moment I don't dare to sell food outside anymore ... I wish that one day I can go back to the Philippines so that I can open my own business and completely legally sell my own food ... maybe dreaming for now, but I hope possible in future!!
Now I hope you enjoy the video and the photos of my newest Suman na Kamoteng Kahoy!
