Hello all hivers, I would like to share our dinner experience with you last night. We had an amazing dinner at home, and it was not just any dinner; it was a pizza night made by my husband! He is working very hard because he is opening his pizza shop very soon. The shop will open this month, on June 15, and we are all very excited about it. My husband is trying to create a perfect menu for his new pizza place. He has already made twenty different pizza flavors for the menu. That’s right, twenty flavors! But before the shop opens, we must do a pizza menu tasting first, we have a special chance to try some of the pizzas. In our family, we have six people, so we cannot eat all twenty flavors at once. So, my husband decided to make only six flavors for us to try at home. Kids were so happy and excited. The smell of fresh pizza while in the oven, we can get the smells around the house. My husband made everything from scratch. He made the dough himself, and it was so soft and light. It was not like the heavy pizza dough you find in some stores. This one was fluffy and easy to eat. Now, let me tell you about the flavors we tried.
They were not the usual flavors you find everywhere. They were very special and different. One was a simple and classic Margarita. It's had fresh tomatoes, basil leaves, and just the right amount of cheese. It was delicious. Another one was prawn with sweet parsley leaves. This one has a very nice flavor too, and the parsley gave it a fresh and clean flavor. It was very tasty and something new for us. Then there was chicken pepperoni with an overload of cheese. This one was the kids’ favorite. They love anything with lots of cheese, and the chicken was juicy and soft. There was also beef pepperoni with overload cheese, and that one was also very popular with the kids. It had a strong and yummy flavor that made us eat more. And my favorite flavor was the lamb. The lamb meat was cooked so well, and it had a rich and deep taste. It was not too strong, just perfect. I also loved the pork Hawaiian pizza. It had a pineapple cube and pork together, which made it sweet and tasty at the same time. Now I can tell my husband that he is ready for the pizza shop.
All of the flavors taste good; this new product of him will be sold out. For me It was so hard to pick a favorite because each one had something special about it. Also, because the dough was so light, we could eat more pizza than usual. It did not make us feel too heavy, so we were able to try more slices and enjoy the different tastes. To make the evening even better, my husband opened my favorite red wine with the pizza. The wine went so well with the pizza flavors. It made the dinner feel like a real restaurant experience, even though we were just at home. We sat around the table, talked, laughed, and enjoyed every bite. And we are all excited for the new pizza shop. I feel very lucky that my husband is such a good cook. He works so hard and puts a lot of love into his food. I know his new pizza shop will be a big success. I can’t wait for June 15 to come, and for everyone to try the pizzas we enjoyed last night!
