Me atreví a hacer guacamole por primera vez, toda una aventura culinaria 😂, bueno les cuento Que nos levantamos con con ganas de comer chicharrón así que me organicé un plato sencillo pero que nos complaciese a todos.
La verdad es que se me antojó comer guacamole colombiano pero nunca lo había preparado, así que salimos a comprar los ingredientes, dimos con este lugar donde vendían las frutas verduras y legumbres a muy buen precio así que aprovechamos.
Después de comprar los ingredientes me puse mano a la obra, la verdad me quedó muy rico lástima que no pude tomar fotografías del proceso, se las debo, comparte una fotografía de mi plato de almuerzo y nuestro recorrido de hoy. Pronto les comparto el proceso paso a paso y los ingredientes! ☺️
