I love empanadas. I could cook them all the time and never get tired of it. I made some for my family filled with shredded beef, mashed potatoes, and shredded chicken. Although it's a time-consuming process, I really enjoy every step of the preparation because they're so flavorful inside, and the crispiness they get after frying is one of the most enjoyable textures when you bite into them.
My mom made tartar sauce to go with them, and there's no greater pleasure than adding sauce, taking a bite, and repeating until only the end of the empanada is left, which is the part we can never share with anyone because it's the crispiest. Being able to eat empanadas with my family is priceless.

Me encantan las empanadas, podría cocinarlas siempre y no cansarme de hacerlo, preparé algunas para mi familia estaban rellenas con carne desmechada, pure de papas y pollo desmechado, aunque es un proceso demorado disfruto demasiado cada paso de la preparación porque guardan en su interior mucho sabor, aparte lo crujientes que quedan después de freírlas es una de las texturas que más se disfrutan mientras son masticadas.
Mi mamá realizó una salsa tártara para acompañarlas y no hay mejor placer que agregar salsa, luego darle un mordisco y repetir hasta que solo nos quede el final de la empanada que es la parte que nunca podemos compartir con nadie porque es la más crujiente, poder comer empanadas con mi familia no tiene precio.
