Greetings to all the hivers. I went to a very well known restaurant in the city, which by the way belongs to a friend of mine, where they sell everything from pasapalos to food of all kinds, but I had not tried the mondongo that they make there. Well I tell you that I was delighted with this dish, it is very tasty and healthy. This day I invited my daughter @keritroberts to enjoy a delicious lunch, besides we had some cold beers.

Saludos a todos los hivers. Fui a un restaurante muy conocido en la ciudad que por cierto es de un amigo, donde venden desde pasapalos hasta comida de todo tipo, pero yo no había probado el mondongo que allí hacen. Pues les cuento que quede encantada con este plato, es muy rico, y saludable. Este día invite a mi hija @keritroberts a disfrutar de un almuerzo delicioso, aparte de que nos tomamos unas cervezas bien frías.
