In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we gathered to enjoy a delicious family lunch at Peribeca, a place known for its rich cuisine. The main course was a beef stew with ribs, tender pieces of corn on the cob, and lots of vegetables, accompanied by a fresh salad, rice, fried ripe plantain slices, and beef ribs. To further enhance the flavors, guasacaca, a typical sauce that added a touch of freshness and a slight spiciness, was a must, perfect for spreading on the plantains or mixing with the meat.
The atmosphere and weather were very pleasant, with a light rain falling, and we enjoyed not only the food but also the company of family. It was a moment of togetherness, where traditional flavors intertwined with shared memories, creating a memorable experience that celebrated culture and the warmth of home.

En un ambiente cálido y acogedor, nos reunimos para disfrutar en familia de un delicioso almuerzo en Peribeca, un lugar conocido por su rica gastronomía. El plato principal, un hervido de res con costilla, con tiernos trozos de mazorca de maíz y mucha verdura, acompañando con una fresca ensalada, arroz, tajadas de plátano maduro fritas y carne de costilla de res.
