Hello, Hivers around the world. I hope you’re all doing great. After such a long time without posting, I’ve finally decided to do so. I was at Sambil over the weekend and came across an exhibition of themed cakes based on cartoons and comic books that took me back to my childhood.

A baking school was holding an exhibition of its students’ cakes. The idea was to showcase their work, promote their courses, and, at the end of the exhibition, cut into the figures so the public could see that they were actually cakes and completely edible.

However, during my visit, I wasn’t able to witness this part of the event, since they were going to cut into the cakes the next day. So, I can only show you what the cakes looked like on the day I went.

I thought it was really interesting and creative that they made the cakes with these figures. The students are talented. So, in case any of them are reading this: Congratulations! I hope those cakes are not only beautiful but also delicious.

Hola Hivers del Mundo. Espero que se encuentren muy bien. Luego de tanto tiempo sin publicar, me he animado a hacerlo. Estuve el fin de semana en el Sambil y me encontré con una exposición de Tortas Temática de dibujos animados y comiquitas que me hicieron viajar a mi niñez.

Una academia de repostería, estaba haciendo una esposición de las tortas de sus estudiantes. La idea era mostrar su trabajo, hacer publicidad de sus cursos y también al final de la exposición, picar las figuras para que el público pudiera apreciar de que realmente se trataba de tortas y que eran completamente comestibles.

Sin embargo, en mi visita no pude apreciar este evento. Ya que las picarían al día siguiente. Por lo que, solo puedo mostrarles como se veían las tortas el día que fui.

Me pareció, bastante interesante y creativo que hicieran las tortas con estas figuras. Los estudiantes tienen talento. Así que por si alguno me lee. Felicidades, espero que además de bonitas, también esten ricas esas tortas.
