







Buenisimos dias amigos de #hive. Llegue al día 9 de cambios en mi alimentación y tomando un delicioso jugo verde de chayote con limón para nivelar loa niveles de azucar en la sangre. Este jugo la verdad no sabe nada mal lo tomo tibio y con medio jugo de un limón amigo míos.
Sigo aun ocupándome mas en la cena ya que aveces me cuesta cuando mi familia decide comer hamburguesas 🍔o pizzas 🍕jeje, pero lo hemos logrado. Quiero llegar a los 21 días y de allí mantenerme así con mi alimentación balanceada.

Mi Diario de Comida Día 9 estuvo así:
❤️ 09:00am Jugo verde 💚 (Chayote y limon)
❤️ 10:30pm Desayune yogurt griego con granola y kiwi 🥝
❤️ 01:00pm Almorcé hígado con pure de coliflor y guacamoles.
❤️ 04:00pm Merendé meloncito 🍈 con granola.
❤️ 06:30pm Cene pescado con aguacate y bollo de platano verde.
Cuenten que les pareció este día de comidas amigos?
A mi me encanto este menú de este día estaba delicioso.
Después del almuerzo salí a caminar y tomar algo de sol con un invitado especial jeje.
También tome mi citrato de magnesio, vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueño y calmar la ansiedad de querer comer mas y mas.

Good morning, my #hive friends. I'm on day 9 of dietary changes and drinking a delicious green chayote juice with lemon to balance my blood sugar levels. This juice honestly doesn't taste bad at all. I drink it warm with half a lemon juice, my friend.
I'm still focusing more on dinner because sometimes it's hard when my family decides to eat hamburgers 🍔or pizzas 🍕hehe, but we've made it. I want to reach 21 days and maintain my balanced diet from then on.

My Day 9 Food Diary looked like this:
❤️ 9:00 a.m. Green juice 💚 (Chayote and lemon)
❤️ 10:30 p.m. Greek yogurt with granola and kiwi 🥝 for breakfast
❤️ 1:00 p.m. Liver with cauliflower puree and guacamole for lunch.
❤️ 4:00 p.m. I had a snack of melon 🍈 with granola.
❤️ 6:30 p.m. I had fish with avocado and a green plantain bun for dinner.

I loved this menu for today, it was delicious.
After lunch, I went for a walk and sunbaked with a special guest, hehe.
I also took my magnesium citrate, vitamins, friends. They help me fall asleep and calm my craving for more and more food.
