Starting.....Mic Check{1,2,3} Helllo....Heloooo
The audience wasn't audiencing at the moment. Girls are taking time while getting ready, and only boys are sitting. Faculty members are also present. They made sure their attendance is full.
It was 23rd May 2025. I was getting ready for an annual dinner. I was confused about what to wear on this event. I wasn't even ready to go but my best friend Jawad told me that he's going. I couldn't stop myself from joining him on this annual dinner. Also, it had to be our last dinner. Interestingly, I took part in a dance performance with my class fellows.
I wore a simple Eid Shalwar Kameez with a waistcoat over it. I was not feeling confident as the color of suit was making me feel off. Though, when i wore it on Eid, I was confident and smiling but i don't know what type of sadness rolled through my eyes. I still managed to give fake smiles to everyone.
See...We are a little high in the air.
We danced crazily and we made everyone smile and laugh with our crazy and funky dance moves.
Haider Ali, our beloved class fellow, delivered a funny speech. We appreciated him a lot with cheers and clapping.

Fun is not stopping. After capturing synchronized and oriented photos, we started moving on beats.
One group photo with all class fellows who were present there.
Dr Sara, teaching us American literature in this semester, also joined me in a photo. Infact, I requested her to be in a picture with me.
Pashtun Cultural dance, Attan, Started. Folks started enjoy cultural dances. After these dance performances, Dinner will be served.

Everyone fell over it.
Qawal(sufi singers) came over the stage, settled their instruments.
All music lovers sat right next to them with high energies. Everyone started feeling the strings of the music.
I remember, two days later, Jawad posted a status on WhatsApp with poetry lines. I took a screenshot and i am sharing it over here so that it will always remain save over here.
A memorable Annual dinner, in fact, last annual dinner together.
