I was going to post this in @foodies ,but due to current situation... It's a challenge for me to include 3 selfies and better and more pics with content in a post.
So I still love to try my hand at baking, even tho it's not my forte.
Set oven to 350, as per usual unless your altitude or cooking vessels dictates otherwise.
This is all I used for the batter... The classic cold can of soda to a box of cake mix. Simple, cost effective, and really good flavor!
Please spray and neuter your pets, I mean spray your pan! Can't tell you how many times I seen a cake fail at the end cuz a clump is stuck still in the pan.
I like to do dry to wet, personally I believe it makes a difference when mixing.
I mix in batch to help fight clumping.
Main tip: Don't over mix, it kills the airy fluffyness.
This is miz en plaza for Citrusy Strawberry Topping. Just add orange squeeze and lime to your normal topping recipe.
Smash and mush, but leave chunky for texture.
This is where I like to slow cook my topping in to make a thicker syrup and bring out more flavor. <3

So good.. the three different citrus flavor pair incredibly well with strawberry. And if you have cool whip, just a dallop will do.
