Greetings!
To sweat means one is healthy which means, one is actually living a healthy life. But how do we sweat? Well, we sweat when we do exercise and eat well according to the bible.
1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
In the above scriptural verse, we were told that bodily exercise profiteth little, but in his teaching, Bro. Eli made us understand that physical exercise and godliness profiteth much more than any other thing.
Bro. Eli also made us understand that when we do exercise, physical exercise for that matter, we will stay healthy and all manner of illnesses will disappear such illnesses such as diabetes, heart diseases and a whole lot more will surely disappear.
So, in this teaching, physical exercise is of utmost importance for us as Christians and believers to live a healthy life which is devoid of ailments and diseases and this is because of us sweating out from our body all the toxic things that have been deposited in our body.
Another way as said by Bro. Eli is out eating habits which could help in solidifying our health system.
Proverbs 17:1 Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than a house full of sacrifices with strife.
The above scriptural verse is telling us what kind of food we should eat, which is a dry morsel and that it's better to eat a dry morsel with quietness than a house full of sacrifices with strife. Eating good food is always healthy.
In conclusion, exercise is the one of the way to stay healthy and stay out of sicknesses and illnesses.
