This light yellow papaya was picked in the rice fields by my neighbor, I was also surprised, the papaya given was quite large, when cooked the results were quite large, just share it with several other neighbors, I immediately processed this papaya with a delicious choice of spices.

Materials Used.
1 yellow papaya.
7 green chilies.
15 cayenne peppers.
4 red onions.
1 tomato.
1 teaspoon salt.

How To Make :
Peel the papaya skin until clean, then grate it thoroughly.


slice green chilies, red onions and tomatoes.

Put the cayenne pepper into a mortar to grind, add enough salt to grind the chili until it is quite smooth.

Heat cooking oil, add shallots, green chilies and tomatoes, cook until wilted.

Add Cayenne pepper.

Add the grated yellow papaya, stir well.


Add salt to the vegetables, stir well.

Cook the papaya until cooked and dry, taste test according to taste.
