MY PARTICIPATION INTO THE (Vegan Mini Contest #3) How Do You Prefer To Eat Your Potatoes?
This very plant base root tuber, potato 🥔, is one food that has and does magic in our kitchens. And apart from its versatilities, its a plant 🌱 food we can enjoy in any way prepared because of how delicious it taste.
And on like other foods we must cook with lots of ingredients to be able yo enjoy them, potatoes 🥔 are different because we can enjoy them in simple preparation with or without ingredients. This is what makes this tuber so versatile.
I enjoy potatoes in different recipes like potato soup where I add spices to it for a cold day, quick lunch of boiled potatoes with sauce, sometimes can mash my potatoes as swallow with vegetable soup. Other days it could be baked or toasted for a light dinner with lots of onions and slight salt in it. But in all, I prefer eating my potatoes seasoned and fried. This is best way I mostly enjoy eating potatoes because its the most delicious making the French Fries 🍟 the most versatile.
Although fries 🍟 can be fattening, but we must also adopt other ways to loose weight if we love fries 🍟 .
However, we should note to always soak our potatoes 🥔 with water after peeling for at least 10 minutes to remove some excess starch if we like eating Sweet potatoes 🍠 instead of Irish potatoes 🥔.
