
Today, we present a new edition of THE BEST OF THE WEEK. Our intention with this post is to recognize the best of the best of the posts that you, friends of Hivers, share weekly in our Plant Power (Vegan) community, selecting the top three recipes from the previous week; which on this occasion corresponds to the period from Wednesday, July 30 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
Each of the selected publications will be reviewed in this curatorship, and in turn, its author will be awarded 30 $foodie token, in order to give him/her a modest recognition for the excellence and quality of his/her work.

After a break, @mercmarg returned to the vegan community to share a simple yet delicious recipe: semisweet cookies made with simple and inexpensive ingredients. She shared this recipe in a post with detailed steps, so it deserves to be included in The Best of the Week!


Cassava Balls with Dragon Fruit Stuffing | by @nurfay
This week, @nurfay shared a delicious snack: cassava balls stuffed with dragon fruit and topped with desiccated coconut. In a post with beautiful photos and great step-by-step instructions, she explains how to make this beautiful and delicious snack, making it a Best of the Week!

This week, after a break, @marlyncabrera returns to the vegan community to bring us a pesto recipe she's given a twist, replacing the walnuts with cashews, which she previously soaked in olive oil. In a lovely post, with great photos, she explains step by step how to make this super delight, which she calls "a magic potion," so it's definitely also part of The Best of the Week!
