Snow Mango
Snow mango is the perfect name for this dessert, very soft in texture with a fiery yellow color blend of special sweet mangoes no one would think this would be a delicious mango.
Mango snow is a processed natural mango that is cut into squares and then flavored with coconut milk and cornstarch. It certainly has a very good taste with the distinctive aroma of coconut milk and mango, a perfect combination for dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon crushed sarai nuts
- 250 ml thick coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Making Procedure
Peel the mangoes then cut the mangoes into cubes so that they will be beautiful when arranged on a serving plate.
Add coconut milk in a saucepan then add salt and vanilla powder to taste.
Add sugar then add cornstarch stir until evenly mixed and no longer jagged.
Turn on the stove and cook until thickened, let cool and arrange on a serving plate.
Result
The mango snow is ready to serve, I arranged the cooked fla on a serving plate then added the mango chunks and then a little more fla on top. Lastly give roasted chopped peanuts and then give a sweetened bay flower. You can add more of these, to make your snow mango look beautiful with the natural blue color of the flower.
