Stir-fried dragon fruit corn vermicelli is processed vermicelli that is given natural coloring extracts from dragon fruit so as to get the final result of colored vermicelli. Now the vermicelli is stir-fried with a spicy taste to enhance the taste of the dish and so that the aroma of dragon fruit does not smell when you enjoy it, there is only the color of the dragon fruit which is quite beautiful when the final result is later.

My first dragon fruit corn vermicelli is ready to be served, I served it with fresh dragon fruit slices on top to beautify the dish. Love the color, it's so vibrant with sparkling pink ahhh this is my favorite color. It is undeniable that dragon fruit always gives the best color when the dish is finished.

You must be curious how about the taste, right, the taste is very good savory spicy not sweet as you imagine the taste of dragon fruit. In fact, the taste of dragon fruit is completely hinged with the prominent spicy flavor I deliberately did it in fear of dragon fruit taste. But beyond my expectations, the dragon fruit was not tasted nor did it smell at all. It's really very tasty, my husband finished it in just a moment with a portion of dragon fruit corn vermicelli with his favorite spicy flavor.
