Hey vegan lovers, today I'm going to introduce one of my tempeh recipes: seasoned dried tempeh. This dish has often been my go-to at home. Usually, it's not just served as a side dish—it's a ready-to-eat staple that's always on hand. I often combine it with boiled vegetables or even noodles. It's incredibly delicious and perfect for my palate. The process is very easy, just frying and requiring patience, as it's cooked over low heat and stirred until evenly done.

You're curious, aren't you, about the step-by-step preparation? Let's take a look at how to make this dried tempeh.
Ingredients

3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 lime leaves
8 green chilies
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon mushroom broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation Procedure
Prepare the tempeh by cutting it into small, thin pieces. I cut it into cubes.

Coat the tempeh with cornstarch until evenly mixed. I also add ¼ teaspoon of salt to the tempeh mixture. Let it sit for about 10 minutes so that the flour and salt are absorbed.

Thinly slice the shallots and garlic, then fried the shallots first.

Next, fry the garlic until golden brown, then fry the sliced red chilies until cooked.

Finally, fry the tempeh in the oil, adding chopped lime leaves while frying to give it a fragrant aroma. Fry until golden brown or until crispy.

Once all the ingredients are fried, mix them together in a container and season with salt and mushroom broth. Serve by storing in an airtight container such as a jar for best results.

You can even make a large batch to take with you wherever you go, such as on vacation. This dish stays fresh for months. For those of you who are not used to eating tempeh, try it this way. I'm sure you'll love it. Tempeh looks ordinary, but when mixed with simple ingredients, it becomes very delicious in my opinion.

The tempeh is crispy, and all the ingredients are fried until crispy and fragrant, so I think anyone would like it. For those of you who want to travel, I think dried tempeh is a great idea to take with you wherever you go.
