I got this recipe from the internet some time ago I saw it on social media how tofu was created to be very authentic and of course it really inspired me to try it at home.

Ingredients Used
8 tablespoons tapioca flour
6 tablespoons wheat flour
2 celery stalks
1 spring onion
1 teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon mushroom stock
¼ teaspoon salt
Making Procedure
Crush the white tofu until smooth, then let it be crushed using a cutlery only so that the tofu is more textured.
Add the seasonings that have been prepared earlier pepper, broth, and also salt then stir everything.
Finely chop the celery leaves then add tapioca flour and wheat flour.
Stir the two flours until they can be shaped.
Round like meatballs then boil in boiling water until the tofu floats.
If it is cooked, wait until it cools down then split the top so that the tofu can be cooked inside and crispy when fried. Then fry until brownish yellow using hot oil, And I forgot to take a picture during the frying process.
