Rich pasta with courgettes, champignons mushrooms and tomato pulp! (ENG/ESP)

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 120 grams of pasta of your choice (I used whole wheat pennette because it's lighter)
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 400 grams of tomato pulp
  • 100 grams of sliced champignons mushrooms
  • 6 tablespoons of fine salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

First, prepare the zucchini. Wash them thoroughly with cold water, then cut them in half and then into roughly equal-sized pieces. Prepare a large pan, add the zucchini and about half a glass of water, and boil for about ten minutes.

That looks good, I just find it weird that we can mix veggies in a Pasta. I tried spaghetti with Carrot, and it's good. Bot sure about the other recipe of a pasta with veggies. Now I am curious ♪┌|∵|┘♪
