Hello everyone let's have dinner together.



Today I made this meal for dinner because it been long I have been carving for it so I made it for myself.
Beans and pap has always be a good combo and very good for dinner.
Note: this meal can also serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner but for me I so much love it for dinner because it makes me sleep like a baby and relax so well.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of beans
1 bunk of pap
1/2 cup of red oil
1 medium onion
5 piece of fresh pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon of sugar
Water.


**PROCEDURE **
I will first cook my beans, before cooking I will first select it by removing the spoilt ones and also the chaff after that I will now parboil by putting it into my pot add water and cook for some minutes I will now bring it down and wash.




After washing I will now put back into my pot add water and cook.
I will cook till it gets soft I will now put my ingredients.
While waiting for my beans to get soft I will now wash and slice my onion, I will also wash the grind my pepper.


I will now put my slice onions into my pot of beans, I will also put my pepper, my salt and my red oil and stir.





Here my beans is ready I will now prepare my pap.
In a clean plate I will put my pap, add a little cool water and desolve with the little cool water so the pap will be very smooth.





After desolving I will now use my very boiled water on my pap by pouring little by little till my pap gets thick I will now stir.
I will also add my sugar and stir, here my pap is ready.




Here is the final result.

Looking at this dish is very simple and healthy I really enjoyed my meal.
