This is one of our native meal I love so much because it contains a lot of health benefits especially breadfruit which is proteinous in the body and cassava flakes contains carbohydrates making my meal rich in the body.
Let's go on the ingredients I used in making my healthy breadfruit and cassava flakes.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of breadfruit
1/4 paint of cassava flakes
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of red oil
3 piece of fresh Pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
This process is very simple but turns out very delicious
I will first wash my breadfruit, put them into my pot add water and cook.
While waiting for my breadfruit to get done I will get my ingredients ready by washing and cutting my onions and my pepper.
I will also put my cassava flakes in a neat plate and add hot water to help my cassava flakes to get soft after some minutes I will drain the water and set them aside.
Here my ingredients are ready I will now check if my breadfruit is soft I will now add my ingredients.
I will first put my salt, my pepper and my red oil and my onions.
I will now add my cassava flakes and stir them together.
Here my food is ready.
