


Hello everyone how are you all doing today I hope you are doing well.
Today I made this healthy rice which I combine with breadfruit for lunch for my kids.
Yesterday someone gifted me with 2 cup of breadfruit so I decided to cook it for my kids but the 2 cups wouldn't be enough for them I now combine with rice 2 cups.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of breadfruit
2 cups of rice
1 medium onion
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of red oil
1 tablespoon of red pepper
Water.


PROCEDURE
Here is the procedure I used in making my rice and breadfruit
I will first parboil the two rice and breadfruit after some minutes I will now bring it down wash and put them back into my pot add water and cook.






While cooking I will wash my onion and slice I will now add to my food.
I will also add my red oil,  my salt, and my salt and stir very well allow to get done.





Here my healthy rice and breadfruit is ready.

Looking at the dish is very simple and healthy the taste is topnotch and it contains two different types of nutrition.
Rice is carbohydrates
Breadfruit is protein.
