How are you all. Today i,m here to going to share a recipe. The recipe was made with eggplant. Eggplant is not favourite vegetables to all. So today i,m try to make crispy eggplant fry. Now i,m going to described how make crispy eggplant fry,lets start.
Crispy eggplant fry
Ingredients
Eggplant -2
Toast powder - 1 cup
Turmeric -1/2 tbsp
Flour -1 cup
Chilli -1/2 tbsp
Cumin -1/2 tbsp
Salt -1 and 1/2 tbsp
Oil
Making process
Firstly i,m going to take a eggplant and cut eggplant peel.After doing it i,m going to wash it.
After wash it i,m going to cut the whole eggplant just like in the below of imagine.First cut it straight and then cut other side just like that. After cut eggplant i,m going to give 1/2 tbsp salt into the cut eggplant and keep it for sometime.
Now other side i,m going to make flour batter.To make this batter i,m going to take a bowl and give 1 cup of flour. Then take 1/2 tbsp cumin, 1/2 tbsp chilli and 1 tbsp salt. Then give some water and mixed all ingredients. After that flour batter was make.
Take Marinate eggplant and deep it into the flour batter. After deep it i,m going to take the eggplant and deep it on the toast powder.
Now take a pan and give some oil. When oil was become heat i,m going to pour the eggplant into the oil. Then fry it for sometime.
When the whole eggplant color was become brown, then keep it in a plate. Now i,m decorated it with a cut lemon. It was look good and i,m also eat it with lemon. Then the taste was more delicious.
