I know I would like this dish very much. I love fried cassava and with the rest of what you've put in it... my mouth is watering. Such beautiful colours!

Yes, what you point out is very interesting. For a long time I was led to believe that creativity is born out of scarcity, but it is not so. There are so many things wrong... I'm thinking about this seriously.
