Is it easy to get vegan pasta these days?
Also, is that the tofu in your third picture?

It's super easy, but probably it is because I live in Italy, the State of pasta. In Italy, 90% of pasta in the supermarket shelves is made without eggs, instead of restaurant that often use fresh pasta made with eggs.
The one in the 3rd photo it's fresh tofu (I bought it in an Asian supermarket) and a I I fried it with a light coating of cornstarch around it. Cornstarch give products a light and crunchy coating (if fried) and help make dish sauces more creamy ✨️
It's fried in cornstarch, that makes sense, now! I thought it looked like pastry pieces. 😆
