My Native delicacy from Cassava flakes And African beans seed Very healthy for the body

Greetings To Everyone And Welcome To My Blog.

Today my Father Inlaw arrived at my residence this evening. He was so happy to see his Son,s family bouncing and balling very well.So he said he was very hungry ,And I asked him what he wanted to eat. And he said he is craving for Cassava flakes (Abacha) With African Bean seed(UGBA) in our local dialect.So I hurried down to my kitchen and rushed down to prepare to for him because He is my Paddy.

#INGRIENDIENTS USED#

Four tablespoons of NGO
Half cup of Red oil
One bulb of onions
AFrican beans seed(UGBA)
Three cups of Cassava flakes
Half teaspoon of Salt for taste
Some pieces of fresh pepper 🌶
Garden egg leaf
Two pieces of Etere leaves

#PROCEDURES USED#

The cassava flakes was sun dried ,Making it strong to loosen the strongness.

I put my dried pot on fire ,then put a little water to heat .and then gets every of my ingredients ready.

After heating, I poured my cassava flakes on my Seive and seive out the water used to boil it to soften a little .

Then I starts to prepare for my ingredients,I washed my onions,Garden egg leaves ,Fresh pepper, and then I starts to slice my onions, slice my pepper, and my garden egg leaf and set them aside.

I added all my ingredients together and stirred very well,,,

Then I it my pot on fire and allowed it to dry,I poured my red oil , my Ngo ,Then added my onions,Garden egg leaves,pepper, And my African bean seed.my salt to taste making it to release the taste of my cassava flakes

#DISHING OUT#

My African ,colorful and amazing cassava flakes was ready to to serve. Here is the result of my cassava flakes,

You can serve it with any drink of your choice ,I served my father Inlaw with palm wine which is suitable for the food.
