Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you're all doing well. I'm also good, so today I'm sharing a spicy snack made from onions with you all. To make this, I need the following ingredients:
1- Onions with leaves: 100 grams
2- Potatoes: 2
3- Green chilies: 2
4- Turmeric powder for color
5- Red chili powder for a bit of spiciness
6- Salt for taste
7- Chickpea flour: 250 grams
I'm making this snack for 5 people, but you can adjust the quantities as needed.
Procedure.
- Wash and finely chop the onions with leaves, also chop the green chilies and potatoes.
- Sift the chickpea flour and mix in all the spices, green chilies, potatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- After mixing well, heat oil in a pan, fry the pakoras until golden brown. Similarly, prepare all the pakoras and serve with sauce or chutney.
