I present to you guys another way of cooking Unripe Plantain. Today I was clavering to eat plantain Porridge and I decided to make it on a special way.

INGREDIENTS USED

Two pieces of unripe plantain
Five pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
One bulb of onion
Four pieces of green beans
1/2 of green pepper
One cup of oil bean (Ugba)
Half cup of red oil
One teaspoon of salt for taste
Water

PROCEDURE

In this I will show you guys how I made this recipe

First I wash my plantain and peel it then cut it into pieces and set aside, then put it into a clean pot add water and cook on my gas cooker for some minutes

When my plantain is still on fire I start to prepare my ingredients by washing them and cutting them into pieces and then bring my mortar put my fresh pepper pound and set them aside

Then after that I check my pot of plantain and it has been cooked very well so I bring it down and pour into my sieve to remove water

After all that I set pot on a fire to dry water and after drying water I add my red oil into the pot

After that I add my chopped of onions, add green beans, add my pounded pepper and then add my green pepper as well then mix very thing together

Then after some minutes I add my salt for taste and also add my oil bean (Ugba) mix and allow to cook for awhile

After awhile I add my cooked plantain and mix together

Here is the face of my fried plantain cooked with veggies, very delicious 😋
