Hi lovers of foodie!!! Hope everyone one in this community is doing well, my regards to each and everyone of us
Today I made Moi Moi with two over ripe plantain that I have. This afternoon my kids are clavering to eat Moi Moi and I don't have beans to prepare it for them. So I decided to use what I have and so it for them.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳 One cup of flour
🌳 Two pieces of over ripe plantain
🌳 One bulb of onion
🌳 Some pieces of Uma leaves
🌳 Three pieces of garlic
🌳 Half cup of red oil
🌳 Seven pieces of fresh red pepper 🌶️
🌳 A teaspoon of salt for taste
🌳 Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will not waste your time and teach how I made this over ripe plantain Moi Moi
STEP ONE
I first washed my over ripe plantain and peel it then cut into pieces and set aside
Then also washed all my ingredients fresh red pepper, garlic peel it and cut my onion and set aside
After all that I bring my blender and put in my plantain and all other ingredients into it and add a little bit of water to blend
STEP TWO
After blending it I pour it into a clean plate and add my flour then mix
After mixing the flour into it I then add my red oil and mix as well
Then after mixing the red oil I start to put in my ingredients into it I add salt for taste, chopped onions and mix very well
After all that I wash my Uma leaves and set aside
STEP THREE
Then bring my Uma leaves and flood the put in my mixing ingredients in it one after the other and set aside
After some minutes I bring my pot and add some sinks into it and set my floods Moi Moi into it and add a little bit of water to cook then cover the pot and cook for some minutes
Here my Moi Moi is ready so I off my gas cooker and then bring out my Moi Moi
I dish out my Moi Moi for my kids to enjoy and the really love the taste because it was so natural and also yummy 😋 with a great taste
