Greetings to everyone here in this wonderful community, I welcome 🤗 you guys once again to my blog this evening

Guys is Sunday and my husband wants out, so on his way coming back he bought ripe plantain and oil bean (Ugba). So I decided to use it and make a post and also share with you guys.
INGREDIENTS USED
Two pieces of ripe plantain
Five pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
Three pieces of fresh tomatoes 🍅
One bulb of onion
One teaspoon of salt for taste
Half cup of red oil
One cup of oil bean(Ugba)
Some pieces of fresh utazi leaf 🌿
Water

PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys the way I made this local recipe

I first washed my ripe plantain and peel it then cut into pieces and set aside

After that I wash my pot set it on fire to dry and after drying I add a little bit of my red oil into the pot and also add my cutted plantain and fry

When my plantain is still on fire I start to prepare my ingredients by washing and cutting them into pieces and then bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper and them set aside

Then here is the face of my fry plantain so I bring it down

I then put back the same pot on fire and add my red oil into it and add my chopped of onions and mix

After that I add my pounded pepper and chopped of tomatoes and mix

Then after that I add my salt for taste mix and also add my fry plantain mix very well and cover for some minutes

After some minutes I checked it and add my oil bean (Ugba) and utazi leaf and mix together

Here is the face of my local plantain sauce 😋 very delicious and sweet

I dish out my local food for my husband to enjoy for his dinner

Thank you guys for your time and for reading to the end
I appreciate see you guys in my next post bye for now
