One bulb of onion
Five pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️

PROCEDURE

In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe

I first washed my okoro seeds and cut into pieces and then set aside

After that I washed all my ingredients then cut into pieces and then bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper

After pounding my fresh pepper I add my cutted okoro into the mortar and pound it together with the pepper and set aside

After all that I set my pot on fire to dry water and after drying water I add my red oil into it and then add my chopped onions and cutted okoro into it and mix

Then after awhile I add a little bit of water into it and allow it to cook for some minutes

When I check my pot of soup it is boiling so I add my salt for taste and my oil bean (Ugba) and mix

After some minutes I add my cut garden egg leaves and mix then cover for awhile

Looks delicious, @jenny27! I'm very fond of okra; in Venezuela, we call it chimbombó or quimbombó, and it's very popular in soups of different kinds.

Thank you for the recipe ❤️

You are welcome 🤗

What a super rich Sunday lunch may God bless you ❤️❤️
