Aceh's traditional regional dish Kuah Teucrah gumuloh🐟🍲

Hello friends, on this very happy occasion we can meet again and I also hope that all my friends are in good health and can do their activities well and also forget that we pray for each other so that we are all given good health and we can all do our activities well and normally and for us to pray for each other that in every step we take we are always under the protection of God Almighty and hopefully whatever our work is good and smooth so that we can get abundant sustenance so that we can meet all our daily needs and happiness is always for all of us Amen

Okay friends so on this very happy occasion I want to make a mesakat so the dish is a type of typical Acehnese cuisine so at one time I was far from my family I always missed my mother's cooking so at that time I couldn't cook at all but the feeling of missing my mother's cooking was very heavy so one time I called my mother and asked her about the dishes she often cooked everyday and also at that time my mother asked me what's wrong son do you miss my mother's cooking and I answered yes mother and I told my mother that always when I want to have lunch I always remember the dish and at that time my mother told me that the name of the dish is Kuah Teucrah Fish Geumuloh or with another name Milkfish

So when my mother had the chance to send me a flyer of the Teucrah milkfish soup recipe and until now I always make it myself at home because this type of dish is indeed a very delicious type of dish and I really like it and the following are photos of notes that have been made for a very long time that I still keep until now and here are some of the ones that my mother wrote down, hopefully my friends can try them at home.

(Nama bumbu dalam bahasa Indonesian dan bahasa Inggris)

•1 cleaned milkfish and cut diagonally”🐟

•5 cloves of shallots 🧅

•7 pieces of Asam sunti or also known as (dried starfruit acid)🍋‍🟩

•1 clove of garlic 🧄

•10 curly red chilies 🌶️

•1 segment of turmeric

•1 tbsp of coriander

•5 curry leaves 🌿

•1 pandan leaf 🍃

•1 ekor bandeng yang sudah dibersihkan dan di potong potong miring”🐟

•5 siung bawang merah 🧅

•7 buah Asam sunti atau yang dengan nama lain yaitu (asam belimbing hulu yang sudah kering)🍋‍🟩

•1 Siung bawang putih 🧄

•10 Buah cabai merah keriting 🌶️

•1 Ruas kunyit

•1 SDM ketumbar

•5 Lembar daun kari 🌿

•1 lembar daun pandan 🍃

Then combine the recipes that have been cleaned first and put them in a blender to smooth and really smooth then when it is ready to be blended pour everything into a container that already has milkfish then smear the fish until evenly distributed before pouring it into the wok. Okay friends before pouring the mixture of fish that has been smeared with the spices that have been smoothed, don't forget to saute the shallots and garlic first then pour the fish that has been smeared with the spices then add a little water so that it is not too thick then the rest is stirred so that it is evenly distributed and wait a few minutes before it is cooked friends that's all I can share for the rest friends can try it yourself at home

•1 lime sliced ​​to remove the fishy smell from the fish 🍋‍🟩
