I’ve never tried making mini potatoes like this before! I usually just bake or microwave them, but your spices and tahini sauce make it look next level.

        Here in Canada we are getting potatoes for a good price so I am trying to find different ways to make them. I am really a rice person, but now potatoes are taking their turn hahah.
