It looks like 👆 keep this pan in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

Now making the filling

Cut and take away the stone from the avocado. scoop it into the mixer along with sugar, mint leaves, coconut oil, tahini, corn starch, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Enjoy a nice vegan dessert. I was very curious to taste it so before it was set I tried to cut it, but do not hurry to cut the pieces. but after 5 hours in the fridge, it firms up very nicely.
Thank you very much.

I would love to have a bite of that. I love that it has mint in it. It's also healthy but like a treat. Very inventive yummmmmm!!!!

Thank you,🙏 dear friend I like that taste. One of my Norwegian friend makes different kinds of raw cakes. inspired by her. only the problem is Avocado, its changed color. when a nice greenish turn into brown little disappointing but the taste is better after. greetings❤️

Hi @hindavi! This cake looks delicious. The textural contrast of a crispy crust, with a soft and delicate interior, and the use of various ingredients sure gave a great result. Thanks for posting on Plant Power (Vegan)
