Today I want to share our green salad. Why green you ask? It's simple! Because it consists only of green ingredients. And it is good for those who have skin diseases. Since it fits the Pegano diet.
The most important thing is that this salad is very easy to prepare and does not have any complex ingredients. I also like the speed of its preparation.
Ingredients:
Beijing cabbage 200 grams (small cabbage)
Onion (one large onion)
Peas 100 grams (Half a can)
Dill 50 grams (Everyone can add to taste)
Malos sunflower (35 milliliters)
Salt (half a tablespoon)

Now we can start preparing our green salad.
And we will start by washing our cabbage and tearing off the top leaves of the cabbage, which we will cut later.
You definitely need to take a couple of photos.
I usually cut young Chinese cabbage into strips.
The next step is to cut the onion into strips.

Let's start chopping the dill. I usually chop it very finely.
Now we add canned peas to our bowl. And of course we take a couple of photos.
Now all we have to do is add salt and stir everything well.
All that remains is to add sunflower oil and stir our salad again.
We got such a delicious salad. It crunches the vortu slightly. And conveys the subtle taste of summer.
