Have a nice day, everyone! Today I want to share with you a recipe for baked apples. We serve it as dessert. Especially when my mother comes to visit me. Because my mother and my wife love this dessert.
For a standard portion we don’t need many ingredients at all. And even less time to prepare. And if you still get the hang of it. This dessert can be made in large quantities.
Ingredients:
Apples: 4 pcs
Pumpkin: 150 grams
Sugar: 200 grams
Instruments:
Knife Teaspoon (This is useful for removing pulp and seeds from apples)
Metal grater
Baking tray
Tracing paper for baking
Positive first! Then the recipe!
Let's start preparing our dessert.
And let's start by washing the apples, cutting out the core from the beginning with a knife and scooping out the remaining seeds with a spoon.
Be sure to take pictures of the whole process :)
After our apples are ready, we grate the pumpkin into a fine grate. It rubs easily on me due to the fact that it was frozen. But it is better to use fresh pumpkin. We also add sugar. And mix well.
Now we carefully insert the pumpkin into the apples. My portion with pumpkin is two apples and two more apples will be just with sugar. The difference is one ingredient, but in taste these are two different desserts. We also add sugar to the remaining two apples. Slightly short of the edge.
It turns out to be such beauty.
Now we take a baking tray and tracing paper. We put the tracing paper on a baking sheet and then lay out our apples.
And put our pan with apples in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Within 20 minutes you can see what processes are happening there. :)
After 30 minutes we take out the pan! And we take a photo of our dessert. In the meantime, we’re taking pictures, it’s cooling down and will be ready to be eaten :)
Unfortunately, I cannot convey to you the aroma that is now in the kitchen. But I can definitely convey this delicious look to you.
Bon appetit :)
