You have turned the pumpkin into a never ending supply of good food.
Here the orange pumpkins used for Halloween lanterns, still sit discarded on the lawn or street. When I see them I think of all the food that they can be used for.
The croquettes look and sound delicious.
The idea is to make the most of the food God gives us, since food is sacred. With this series, I try to show and inspire those who have monotonous recipe blogs (with constant repetitions of the same or very similar recipes) to vary their recipes without spending a lot of money.
It's a shame to know how much pumpkin is wasted, because as you say, it's a lot of food.
