It is now the end of the late autumn season in Bangladesh, so the mild sunny weather and the cold have increased a lot for the past few days.A few days ago, my university closed for winter break, so I went home to spend time with my family.Spending time with family is truly wonderful and if it is winter then it becomes a different kind of pleasure. For the past few days, the cold wind has increased in the north, due to which the cold has also increased. For the past few days, my mother was suffering from a mild cold and cough. That is why my mother asked me to cook something light, warm and soft. It is not surprising because my mother loves to ask me for such things. Just like when I was a child, I used to ask my mother to cook some delicious food.

Thinking of everything, I suddenly thought of making vegetable soup. I started preparing to cook vegetable soup for the first time thinking of my mother. My mother had planted some vegetable plants in our yard, which she takes great care of. Recently, the vegetables have grown a lot and they are completely pesticide-free and full of care. I was very excited when I collected the vegetables from the garden. The vegetables include cauliflower, cabbage, onion leaves. I collected these in the morning so they were very fresh and slightly damp with dew.

I made all of these easy and delicious vegetable soups in a very short time, so let's now learn the entire process of making vegetable soup step by step.

●A quarter of a cabbage
●Two large cauliflower florets
●A handful of green onion leaves
●5-6 green chillies
●Four spring onions
●2 tablespoons cornflour
●1 tablespoon of salt
●1 tablespoon of a mixture of cumin and black pepper powder
●1 tablespoon Chopped ginger and garlic

First, cut the cabbage lengthwise and then finely chop it. This will help the cabbage cook easily and give it a crispy texture when eaten.

Now you need to chop the cauliflower well, making sure to chop it well. Cutting the cauliflower florets into small pieces will help them cook easily.

Following the same method, I washed and chopped the onion, green chillies and onion leaves thoroughly. I also chopped them well while cutting.

Then I put a pot on the stove and added hot oil and ginger garlic paste to it, and as soon as I added it, it was filled with a sizzling and tempting aroma. After the ginger garlic paste was fried for a while, I added onion and green chili paste to it, and the ginger garlic paste came back to life. I stirred it well so that the green chili and onion were fried well.

Now it's time to add the cabbage and cauliflower! You don't just have to add them, you have to stir them well so that the vegetables are slightly fried. Then add a mug of water to cook the vegetables. Finally, add the green onion leaves. These green leaves maintain the green color of the soup and at the same time add a nice aroma.

Now add enough salt to the soup so that the salt can mix well with the vegetables. Then, when the vegetables are lightly cooked, add cornflour to it. Cornflour must be mixed well with water to make a mixture, then add it to the soup. This mixture enhances the taste of the soup and helps to thicken the soup.

When the soup becomes a little thick, add the mixture of pepper and cumin powder. Then stir the soup well. After adding the mixture, the soup should not be kept on the stove for a long time, it should be taken off immediately.

Finally my vegetable soup is ready! The light warm green and slightly white vegetable soup is now ready to serve. I made it for my mother so I served it to her first. I didn't know how it would turn out, so I was very worried. My mother got a lot of comfort after eating this soup. The vegetables in the vegetable soup were well cooked and the vegetables had a nice taste due to the light frying.
