Nuevamente me encuentro con ustedes aprovecho el tiempo libre de las mañanas y observo la cantidad de recetas que resguarda mi celular, evitando un colapso, decido que la mejor manera es compartirlas así comienzo....
Con este par de motivos y con el tiempo a mi favor me permito ordenar, clasificar y darle sabor a mi blog con recetas sencillas, ingredientes asequibles, la preparación fácil y lo mejor; con la delicadeza del amor para nutrir el templo: el cuerpo.
La receta que les traigo es un helado creado con la dulzura del cambur, el exquisito cacao y las deliciosas semillas y frutos secos. Un helado que superó mis expectativas desde laboratorio de mi cocina; la transformación de la alquimia de vida.

With these two reasons and time on my side, I allow myself to organize, classify, and spice up my blog with simple recipes, affordable ingredients, easy preparation, and the delicacy of love to nourish the temple: the body.
The recipe I bring you is an ice cream created with the sweetness of banana, exquisite cocoa, and delicious seeds and nuts. An ice cream that exceeded my expectations from my kitchen laboratory; the transformation of the alchemy of life.

Los ingredientes - The ingredients:
- 3 cambures congelados
- 3 cucharadas de caco en polvo
- 1/2 tacita de café recién colao
- un puño de uvas pasas para endulzar
- un puño de frutos secos triturados.
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of freshly brewed coffee
- a handful of raisins to sweeten
- a handful of crushed nuts.
Lo primero que haremos es cortar el cambur en trozos lo llevamos al ayudante de cocina para mezclar.

Seguidamente agregamos el café, mezclamos, añadimos las pasas y mezclamos nuevamente hasta obtener cremosidad.
