RE: How Safe Is the Food We Consume?

in Daily Blog2 days ago

I'd really love to watch the first video where the lady talked about the bread without exposing the brand name, sounds like an education I would really need.

I didn't even know bread ain't supposed to stay for too long at home, we had bought one that stayed for over a week without going bad and we were happy it lasted since it's big and we don't eat it too often. 🥲

Honestly, knowing if foods are safe or not shouldn't really be our job to investigate but as it stands now, it's totally our responsibility to mind what we put into our stomach, anyone else including health practitioners are just finding ways to extort money from the masses in any way they can.

I didn't know anything about the shelf-life of bread until I came across the lady's video and I am forever grateful she made that video even though the company sued her.

NAFDAC is sleeping. A good bread isn't supposed to stay fresh for a whole week.
