As I mentioned in my previous blog, after dropping by at Santa's Village, we decided to stroll around. The plan was to try different food kiosks at the Cathedral and also check the Christmas lights. SIL decided to leave her car as we might be unable to find parking space due to Misa de Gallo. Anyway, the church was just a few minutes walk.
My son was heavy but they helped me. Either one SIL would carry him for a while or she would bring our backpack.

The mass hasn't started yet as it was still early. Across the church, at the overpass is where the Christmas lights were situated.
)Then below are different food kiosks. Unfortunately, since I mentioned we are early there was none selling yet. We are a little bit disappointed as we are already starving.
Why not try the puto bumbong? (a traditional purple steam sticky rice).
)On the toppings was grated coconut and sugar.
It was my first time eating as in my place it was usually bibingka that vendors sell.
At first I was hesitant to buy it but SIL said it tasted delicious. She was right! Caleb even tried but I gave him only a small bite. It might upset his stomach.

For my nephew, he was content with cotton candy.
Did I try to have a photo with my toddler?
Yes! Of course I did but none was decent for you to see 🤣.
)
)This made me think if we could have a decent family portrait this coming holidays.
Nothing to do here and we are supposed to go home but one SIL asked if we could drop by the chocolate store.
She needs to buy more gifts for everyone. Kids and teenagers are different nowadays so she prefers to give food.

There were a lot of choices and it was cheaper here. You can buy wholesale and even per piece.
I on the other hand don't have a plan to buy any since we will be opening my husband's package soon. Surely there are a lot of chocolates.
)And here's my son who also wanted to pick some chocolates because his cousin was doing so!
)I ended up buying a few pieces of chocolates and crinkles.
