Aslamkalekum and hello to my #hive family. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing good. I am also doing pretty well. In this blog I am going to share my today's thrilling moments that I spent with my beloved friends. That moments were priceless because whenever I meet my real friends, level of happiness nd joy is at its peak. You know why people get olf too early because they don't give time to themselves. They don't have time to chill They don't cherrish every moment of this precious life. Life is too short. Please don't wait for perfect moments. Make every moment count and try to live and enjoy your life, don't spend life. You know when I get bore or feel depress I call my close friends and arrange a wonderful party at our favourite restaurant.
If you are not giving time to yourself and reman always busy in your professional work you will be soon mentally upset. People who don't priorotise things and don't care for their mental as well as physical health get sick sooner or later. Always care for your health because without good health,you cannot survive. Mental health is attached with physical halth and physical health is attached with mental health. Sometimes you should entertain your mind as well. And I noticed metal peace is completely dependent on spending some quality time with quality friends. Different peopdo different things for mental peace and relaxation. I try to go at restaurant with my friends to entertaining my mind. I am type of a person who always believe in mental peace. Our mimd needs rest and break. So whenever your mind get tired you need to do something for your mind to calm it.
Here I suggest few things that I do when I want to relax my mind. First thing that I do is I go for a lunch or dinner with my closest friends and hand around there for sometimes and enjoy good food. Another thing that I do to relax and refresh my mind is I spend some quality time with my children. I read that when you spend time with children and play with them a happiness harmoon that is called dopamine is realses from our body. I have noticed that physical activities also help to relax our minds. So when I get bored and mentally upset,I go for a long walk in the coutrside and spend time with nature. It is also a beneficial technique for relaxing a tired and bored mind.
Spending quality time with friends and having lunch was a great idea and technique of releasing stress, anxiety and tension. So I called my two close friends and asked them to join me at one of our favours restaurant. This hotel is famous fas. Haji Hotel in our area. People from all over district Mianwali come here for lunch dinner and breakfast. Their breakfast is very famous because they provide traditional Naan Channey in breakfast.
We reached Haji Hotel at about 1230 in the afternoon. There was great rush of people. Some were busy in taking tea while others were having food. We ordered different food from others. One of our friend ordered Raishmi Kabab and Tikka boti while other friend ordered chicken karahi. I asked waitor to take for mango juice first. So he did so. After mango juice he seved us with salad and raita. Their raita was very tasty and delicious.
After waiting for a while, waitor arrived with all our ordered food items. Believe me the taste of all the food items were outclass. Chicken karahi, Raishmi kabab and chiken tikka were very delicious. We had lots of gupshup. Lots of laughters changed our mood. After having food we ordered our favorite doodh patti (tea). We enjoyed tea and spent some quality time there. I took few pictures there. I hope you will like these beautiful pictures.



It was a memorable gathering. Things that changed our mood were not tasty food items but a gathering with beloved and closed friends. If you want to live a hppy and less stressful life you haveto find ways to entertain your mind.
