Majority of the times when given a choice most people would choose Weekend Leisure over working on your weekend but unfortunately that is not how the world works and a majority of the working section has to even work on weekends sometimes. Now I can't say for everyone else but I work as an Sales Executive for a Chemical and Pesticides Company and I have an area the size of 22000 square kilometres which means 5 days are not enough to completely track all my areas individually.
Fortunately for me I have two guys working under me which makes my job a tad bit easier but still working on weekends have become a second nature for me. But that being said having a work life balance is also a thing which needs to be taken care of and that is why I try to take atleast 4 days off every single month minimum, that way I try to maintain whatever work life balance I can gain.
So how do I spend my Weekends?
I am a family man so I don't have some responsibilities as a son, as a husband and one of that is to go out sometimes atleast a couple of times a month and as you can see this weekend we went to a nearby Safari where we went into the forest to meet some wild animals and we definitely saw a lot of them.
We were there for almost 6 hours and in midst of that we also ate some snacks like Momos and Mimis
Truth be told I was not hoping to get good food considering we were in the middle of the forest and we had only two food shacks around us but I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the food and we kinda overate and skipped our lunch.
Anyways I have to say that even though I am a Weekend Getaway guy but due to Work Life Balance I also have to Work on some weekends so yeah I don't have a definite answer but rather a mix of both cultures.
