Thank God, after a very delicate operation, he's now recovering, and I'm more free to share with you all. Those who know me know I'm always active, sharing easy-to-make, but above all, delicious recipes! 😋

So today I bring you a delicious cake, ideal for afternoon tea or coffee, or it's also great for breakfast. The aroma of lemon and the pieces of peach make this recipe irresistible despite its simplicity.

  • Así que el día de hoy les traigo un rico bizcocho ideal para el té o café de la tarde o también queda muy bueno para desayunar, el aroma del Limón y los pedacitos de Durazno hacen que esta receta sea irresistible a pesar de su simplicidad.

Ingredients:

-2 peaches, sliced.
-210 grams all-purpose flour (oat flour can be used).
-160 grams white or brown sugar.
-80 grams unsalted butter, melted.
-100 grams milk.
-1 medium egg.
-1 tablespoon lemon zest.
-1 teaspoon baking powder.
-A 15 cm diameter baking pan

  • Ingredientes:

  • -2 Duraznos o Melocotones cortado en gajos.
  • -210 gramos de Harina de Trigo todo uso, puedes usar de Avena.
  • -160 gramos de Azúcar blanca o morena.
  • -80 gramos de Mantequilla sin sal derretida.
  • -100 gramos de Leche.
  • -1 Huevo talla M.
  • -1 Cucharada de ralladura de Limón.
  • -1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear.
  • -Un molde de 15 cms de diámetro

Let's get started:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

  • Vamos con la Preparación:

  • Encendemos el horno a 180 grados.

Now in a bowl we're going to add the sugar, butter and lemon zest, mixing until the ingredients are well combined.

  • Ahora en un recipiente vamos a echar el Azúcar, la Mantequilla y la ralladura de limón, mezclamos que los ingredientes se integren muy bien.

Add the egg and mix.

  • Agregamos el Huevo y mezclamos.

Next, we combine the wheat flour and baking powder, gradually adding this flour to the mixture, alternating with the milk.

  • Luego unimos la harina de trigo y el polvo para hornear, vamos añadiendo esta harina poco a poco a la mezcla alternando con la leche.

We mix everything very well until we get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Mezclamos todo muy bien hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.

We pour the mixture into our mold, place the sliced ​​peaches on top; this fruit not only adds extra flavor to the cake, but also makes it look beautiful 😍

  • Vertemos la mezcla en nuestro molde, le colocamos el Durazno cortado en gajos, esta fruta no solo le aporta sabor extra al Bizcocho, sino también hace que luzca hermoso 😍

Now we put it in the oven for approximately 25 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Remember to do the toothpick test before taking the cake out; if it comes out dry, it's because our cake is ready.

  • Ahora llevamos al horno por 25 a 30 minutos aproximadamente a una temperatura de 180 grados, recuerda hacer la prueba del palillo antes de sacar el bizcocho, si este sale seco, es porque nuestro bizcocho está listo.

Once the cake is ready, let it rest for a few minutes and then unmold it.
