Warm Up Your Winters with the Delicious Taste of Tangerines

in Hive Diary2 days ago

Today I want to show you a delicious gift of winter. The winter season has begun. When winter comes in my village, many dry fruits are in abundance and people eat a lot of dry fruits in winter. One of these fruits, called tangerine, is eaten a lot. Tangerine has not been made for hundreds of years, and people eat it with great enthusiasm during the winter season and with evening tea. Today, when I was passing through the market, I saw a stall selling fresh tangerines and a person was selling tangerines on a stand. I asked him if these tangerines were fresh, meaning freshly picked, so he told me that it had been exactly a week since we made these tangerines. There are two types of tangerines. Tangerines are made from jaggery and sugar, but the real taste of tangerine is that of tangerine made from jaggery. This is because the tangri made from jaggery is sold at a slightly higher price and its taste is very noticeable. The tangri is also the same as the tangri made from jaggery. The color of the tangri you are seeing is not yellow but dark brown, just like the color of jaggery.

When I asked the price of tangerines, how much is a kilo of tangerines, I was shocked because last year the price of a kilo of tangerines was 800 rupees, but now the winter season has started and the price of tangerines has reached 1600 rupees per kg. 1600 is a very high price, but I want to write one thing here. If tangerines are freshly made, crunchy and tasty, then a person does not get tired of eating them. So first of all, I checked the tangerines, but I noticed a slight difference in the tangerines because the tangerines did not have the crunchiness that a fresh or delicious tangerine has. I asked the redi seller that these tangerines are not a little crunchy, but they should be very crunchy and the taste should also be great. He said, "I have bought fresh tangerines, but I have a little doubt that these tangerines are not fresh, but they were prepared in summer and are eaten in winter too." There are and people like to eat it in summer too but it is most used in winter and everyone eats it so since this summer stock was lying around so when the rainy season comes then things get a little bit moist so I felt a little bit moist in them and didn't feel the crunchiness but still it was being sold very expensive

When I tested the tangerines and I did not feel any crunchiness in them, then I bought only 100 rupees worth of tangerines and brought them home. When my family checked, they also said that these tangerines are not fresh. Here I want to write one more thing. Many of my friends who are reading will also be shopkeepers, selling different items and doing different businesses. So I want to tell them that it is a rule of business that if you want to sell anything, you should tell the customer its real position and condition, whether it is fresh or made in the first season. Because when you sell something to the customer, your livelihood will become halal and you will emerge as an honest shopkeeper. So I think that I bought these tangerines, which he told me were 1600 rupees per kg, for only 100 rupees. If he had given me the same tangerines for 700 rupees or 800 rupees, then maybe I would have I would buy half a kilo for Rs 50 because when I tested it, I found out that these tangerines are not fresh, but they were prepared a month or two ago. Tangerines have this special feature that they do not spoil at all for a year and they are also edible. That is why the goods that are prepared in the summer are sent back in the winter. Some shopkeepers even mix the old tangerines with the fresh tangerines so that the customer does not know. I think this is a fraud and if he had told me that these tangerines were prepared a month or 20 days ago in the summer, my trust in him would have increased and I would have bought more. In the same way, we have to do everything honestly.

Here I also want to write that when do people eat these tangerines the most in our area? I have written above that these tangerines are eaten the most in the winter season. Then the taste they have is absolutely amazingly sweet. It is not the sweet that is usually found in sweets, but rather its taste is similar to the taste of jaggery. Because it is made from jaggery, the sweetness of jaggery is more in it. In addition, it has a crunchiness inside and it gives a very good flavor test. In the food that a person eats, most people eat it in the afternoon. If guests come, they are also served to the guests. Apart from this, it is prepared with afternoon tea and mostly at night whenever it is prepared. Be it green tea or tea made with milk. When people drink, these tangerines are also eaten with tea. So, in this way, instead of biscuits, now understand that these tangerines are eaten. But since They are expensive compared to biscuits, so people offer them to guests with great enthusiasm, but this is a great winter gift, which we eat with great pleasure. These are tangerines. I also want to write here that these tangerines are very popular in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Afghanistan and are sold in winter. I think that when my Bangladeshi and Indian friends see these pictures, they will definitely recognize that this is the best food, it is sold more in winter in their area too. Maybe people eat it more in summer there, but in our area it is also eaten in summer, but the demand for it is more in winter, but you all and Indian friends have to tell me how you liked these tangerines and what name is it called in your area.

I try to see some new food in my area. If I am in the market, if I have been to the market or any other area, then the food there, whether it is street food, whatever food, summer, winter, or some great drink, I definitely get information about it and I often share information here. So if you live in Bengal or you live in India or you live in Afghanistan or you live in Pakistan, then you have to tell me whether the tangerine season has started in your area or not because the winter season has started in my area and for the last two days it has rained and snowed and due to this, the intense heat has broken so much that it feels like the summer season has not come at all. But this winter also comes with a beautiful color and beautiful fruits and fruits, dry fruits, different drinks and different types of food because the food and taste of the summer season are winter food. And they are flavored, so in this way the taste of winter changes and goes to summer and after summer food it changes to the taste of winter. Then we change clothes in summer and change clothes in winter. In this way, a person keeps seeing the colors of this beautiful life. When I saw these tangerines, I thought that at first I should share some information about it with you people. But when fresh tangerines come, when there are piles of tangerines on the shelves, I will also show you that scene. So you have to tell me that if these tangerines are sold in your area, by what name do you remember these tangerines in your area? Because now in the area where I live, we call them tangerines. And if you go to any other district of Pakistan, it will have different names there. So you also have to tell me which area of Pakistan you are from and what is their name in your area. Thank you very much. Thank you for Reading my blog today.
