FOOD IS MY SOURCE OF EXHILARATION (weekend-experience Enagegment)

Hello Weekend Experience community, This will be my second engagement, and I look forward to writing more creative post and content in relation to the topics given.

Everyone deserve to be positively happy, regardless of whatever we go through in life. Happiness which I can boldly say is the key to long life and healthy lifestyle alongside other categories like excersise, balanced diet and awareness of preventive measures to healthy living.

My love for Good meal started from my childhood days, where I enjoyed eating some local Nigerian food like eba, Amala, beans and others too. It was hard to be specific on my favorite meal because all meal have their uniqueness, I really love Eating but I was not getting Fat.

This meal was made on by my Girlfriend, during my NYSC year, if I enter kitchen to Cook I can guarantee you the whole kitchen will burn, because I can’t really cook, except Indomie and frying stuffs, like plantain, fish, meats and other stuffs. I love plantains so much. On this day, I was craving for Spag and Plantain. Eating this meal was like it was heaven on earth, the taste was so good even the aroma was enticing.

Here is another experience I would love to share with you. This day we wanted to stroll out to anyplace to have fun outside from home, after having a long boring home stay day, my babe and I went out to have some fun then we branched at an restaurant named AROMA to eat some Jollof rice and chicken.

Food is my major source of Excitement, I love to eat good foods. It Is Scientifically proven that some species of food gives happiness because their increases dopamine levels naturally. Foods that aid serotonin production include spinach, turkey and bananas. Serotonin which means the neurotransmitter linked to happiness.

My Advice and opinion is that if you are feeling down or sad and unhappy try eat some good meal to improve your serotonin production. From my Experience in life food truely causes happiness which I will encourage everyone to eat to be happy and not just happy but also to live healthy. Note that not all food causes happiness.I will encourage everyone to out and spend something good time with good meals, it can be with family, Friends, or anyone you cherish around you, food is babe, food is life, eat , have special meals outings.

When you love to eat but you can't cook. It's a good thing there's an eatery or restaurant out there where we can just order and eat. I also love food but I know a little thing about cooking. But I also buy outside when I have the "cash" lol.

Same also, I remember the last time I cooked the food Got burnt

Lol, I agree with you. A lot of times when I am feeling sad, my mood quickly goes from 0 to 100 after I have eaten. So it's safe to say food could be an antidepressant😂

It's good that you enjoy the food so much, it's something to be grateful for
