There's a lot of shit locations around the world...Australia isn't one of them.
The lucky country.
Well, there's plenty of things wrong here, but I'd say for sure I'm lucky to have been born in a very affluent, diverse and safe country in which I have thrived - yep, I've built a good and (more than) comfortable life.
There's some fucken shit locations here though and I had the pleasure of eating some tacos at one such place recently.
I was in Melbourne with a little time to myself and decided upon a walk around what could only be described as an eclectic, "colourful" and alternative area. It wasn't pretty. Ugly would have described it better - a mix of very old cottage homes, redeveloped new ones and commercial and industrial spaces and it all felt quite tired and rundown despite its proximity to the affluent, modern (and massive) city of Melbourne only a handful of kilometres away. Graffiti covered almost everything, I fucken hate graffiti, and it was sad to see so many old buildings and homes so rundown and defaced by cunts with spray cans.
Interestingly, the average house price is $801,374.88, and prices range from $299,900 to $1,249,999.00 (Australian dollars of course). That's quite cheap to be honest (although the homes were quite small) but I'd certainly not want to live there, it was a fucken shit location.

On my walk I came across a pop up taco stand - one of the cool things about the diversity of this country is we have foods from literally every corner of the world. They'd parked in a petrol station, threw out a few tables and chairs and that was that.
I was hungry. Always am.
I stopped and grabbed one brisket and one chicken taco (two for $16) and sat and the dodgy table and enjoyed what I can only describe as two fucken good tacos. By the time I was finished the line up at the food truck had about 40 people in it and things were starting to get pretty busy.

Melbourne is well known for it's food truck culture and there's some really great foods on offer, good taste and quality, which pops up around the place randomly. I guess they post locations on their Facebook sites but I don't use Facebook because it's for brainless cunts. So, I was fortunate to have run into the food truck...and to be hungry.
Do you have a food truck culture in your location and if so have you eaten at them? Tell me about it.
