It looks like a tomato omelet. How about combining the words tomato and omelet to make “tomelet”? I'd love to hear your thoughts haha.

I like it! And it is kind of partly omelet also...or frittata! I didn't think of that...Tomatata but if you speak Spanish, that doesn't work. Oops
