Hello Hive Fam! Most especially to my beloved co-Filipino Hive friends, I’m excited to share a simple yet meaningful story that reminds me of the warmth of our culture and the joy of community, both offline and here on Hive.
Today, my generous neighbor handed me a bowl of dinuguan and a plate of puto cheese. There was no occasion in their family, but she never fails to share with me whatever food she prepares for merienda. This thoughtful gesture touched me deeply. It’s not about the food alone, but the kindness behind it, a reminder that generosity is a cornerstone of Filipino values.
Moments like these make me grateful not only for the people around me but also for the Hive community where we share stories, support one another, and celebrate life’s little blessings. Just as my neighbor shares her food, we share our experiences here, nourishing each other with positivity and connection.
